Our services include but are not limited to: security solutions (CCTV, access control, alarm systems), smart home automation, solar and power solutions, and related installation and support.

Quotes and proposals provided by Corvex Technologies are valid for the period stated therein. Prices may be subject to change based on site surveys, scope changes, or market conditions. Acceptance of a quote may require a signed agreement and deposit as specified in the proposal. We reserve the right to decline or cancel projects that do not meet our technical, safety, or commercial criteria.
We will perform installations and services with reasonable skill and care in accordance with agreed specifications. Performance timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. The client is responsible for providing safe access, power, and any permissions required for installation. Delays caused by the client or third parties may result in adjusted schedules and possible additional costs.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are as stated in the project agreement. Late payments may attract interest and we may suspend or terminate services until payment is received. Deposits and advance payments may be non-refundable once work has commenced or materials ordered. All amounts are in the currency specified in the quote.
We provide warranties on our workmanship and on products as per manufacturer and our stated terms. Our liability is limited to the value of the relevant contract or the cost of rectification, as we may elect. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for issues arising from misuse, unauthorized modification, or circumstances beyond our control.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Corvex Technologies or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Our solutions may include third-party products (e.g., cameras, panels, inverters). Their use may be subject to separate licenses and warranties. We are not responsible for the performance or availability of third-party services beyond our contractual obligations.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or services if you breach these terms. You may discontinue use at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including payment, warranties, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect after termination.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
